STEP ONE
To begin the application process, contact us and let us know that you want to get started. You can reach us by opening a support ticket here, or via our WhatsApp or Telegram numbers (provided upon request).
STEP TWO
We will create an invoice, which you will need to pay first before any work begins. The annual fee includes your new (or updated) application and report, and full year of support.
STEP THREE
Once payment is received, we send you the application template with clear and detailed instructions. The template is in Powerpoint format, which we recommend you use for your own application too. We also encourage a kick-off meeting with your stakeholders (usually by Zoom) to answer any questions. At any time during the application process, you can ask for assistance by email, phone or Zoom.
