There are many ways to measure the eligibility of a potential Culinary Capital. We look at a number of factors like your culinary products and experiences, your destination's culinary culture and heritage; your local agriculture and farming and much more.
The full criteria are made available to applicants after paying the first year license and application fee. We also hold a kick-off meeting with you so that you and your stakeholders are fully clear on what is expected in the application. And we are there with you every step of the way during the application process.
