Performing quality research costs money. To begin with, we must cover the cost of the time spent by the research team, the analyst and the report writer. There is also a cost to purchase the responses from qualified respondents to our surveys. Then there is time spent on the required customer service. As a small, non-profit organization, we simply need to charge for our products and services. We do provide one report to the industry at no cost.
