A full destination assessment requires a week or so of on-site visits, plus additional time (2-4 weeks) to analyze the findings and write the final report. Approximately 100 data points are analyzed in the process to produce a final report over 100 pages in length. Photo and video evidence are also provided. The Food Tourism Fitness report is designed for businesses or city-size destinations and requires no on-site visit (you answer detailed questions online). Fewer data points are included and the final report is much shorter. The turn-around time is also much faster. The destination assessment is a standalone product (not available on our website, please inquire to learn more).
What's the difference between the Food Tourism Fitness report and the destination experience assessments?
