The current fee to apply is as follows:
- US$275 Destination marketing organizations (includes national tourism offices, convention and visitors bureaux, chambers of commerce, visitors centers, city and regional governments, economic development organizations, business improvement districts, historic districts, business guilds, and trade associations)
- US$125 All other business types/categories
World Food Travel Association (WFTA) members in good standing may qualify for discounted pricing (save US$40 for destination entries and US$20 on all other entry types). WFTA members may purchase an unlimited amount of entries with their discount codes, but entries may not be purchased on behalf of other businesses (such as your members or constituents). Please log in to the online community to obtain your discount code before checking out. Non-members can take advantage of the member pricing by joining as a member first, then obtain the discount code from our online community, and come back and complete a new purchase for your FoodTrekking Awards entry. After you complete your purchase, a link to the application form will be emailed to you directly. If you don't see this email after 24 hours, check your spam folder first and if it is still not there, then please contact us at help(at)worldfoodtravel(dot)org.
Payment is made online securely at the time you submit your application. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Arrangements can be made to wire payment, although our bank imposes a hefty inbound wire fee that we have to pass along to applicants. You'll be billed in US dollars most likely, so you should be prepared that your bank might charge you a processing fee or foreign exchange conversion fee.
