All applications cost US$110. There are no additional fees, no credit card fees, no processing fees, no winner's fees and no licensing fees.
World Food Travel Association (WFTA) members in good standing qualify for discounted pricing (20% or 50% depending on your member type). WFTA members may purchase an unlimited amount of entries with their discount codes, but entries may not be purchased on behalf of other businesses (such as your members or constituents). Please log in to the online community to obtain your discount code before checking out. Non-members can take advantage of the member pricing by joining as a member first, then obtain the discount code from our online community, and come back and complete a new purchase for your FoodTrekking Awards entry. After you complete your purchase, a link to the application form will be emailed to you directly. If you don't see this email after 24 hours, check your spam folder first and if it is still not there, then please contact us at help(at)worldfoodtravel(dot)org.
Payment is made online securely at the time you submit your application. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Now we are also able to accept payments via Transferwise (rather than an inbound bank wire) so you would pay whatever the Transferwise fee is, nothing more. Regardless of your payment method, you will most likely be billed in US dollars, so you should be prepared that your bank might charge you a processing fee or foreign exchange conversion fee. This is their fee, not ours.
