When a university purchases a license for use by its students, faculty and researchers, usually within a department, we work with the university librarian or department head to discuss the best option as to how to distribute the research. This might be a printed copy that the university keeps on file in the library. Or it might be a secure PDF watermarked with the university department name, the student's name, or both.
