Occasionally there may be a conflict with a speaker's schedule or something else that requires us to replace the scheduled speaker with another speaker of equal or greater value to delegates. Naturally, we strive to prevent this situation in our negotiations with speakers. Nevertheless, sometimes circumstances require that adjustments be made. As is says in our event terms and conditions, we are sorry but there are no refunds because of speaker substitution.
