ASSOCIATION MEMBERS

If you are a premium member of our Association on GastroTerra, your membership includes one complimentary registration per year at any online FoodTreX event (online only, or one €99 discount per year at live in-person events). Please open a support ticket and let us know that you are a premium member (please use the email address associated with your membership) and which event you would like to register for.

QUALIFIED MEDIA

A limited number of complimentary passes are available to qualified journalists. Qualified journalists can include writers, bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, and videographers. However to be considered qualified, you need to have a clearly defined following in your medium of publication. Your audience does not need to be large, but it must be highly qualified. You can publish for consumers or the trade. If you think you qualify, please contact us here with your request.

Generally speaking, if you have a small number of random followers or readers, your audience is disjointed, or you only publish infrequently (such as every year or so), you would not be considered a qualified journalist.

STUDENTS & NONPROFITS

At our Food Travel Research Summit, we offer special student/researcher pricing. We are unable to offer student pricing at our other events. As for nonprofits, our events are already priced extremely low. We are unable to offer further discounts. Consider joining as a premium member if you want an additional discount (see above).

RETIREES OR NOT WORKING

For people who are retired, living on a disability allowance, or unemployed against your will (you must provide evidence of your active and current work search), we welcome you to apply for a scholarship. We understand that education like the type we provide is a critical part of your career and personal growth and can contribute towards improving an adverse situation. Please submit a request with your details using the submit ticket button on this page. Such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will notify you by email of our decision. NOTE: we also ask delegates to make a voluntary contribution towards a scholarship fund so that we can offer more discounts. If you are a regular delegate and reading this, please consider donating to the fund (delegates are asked during the checkout process). Fund contributions are awarded in the same market where the event occurs, so you can know exactly where your contribution is going. SCHOLARSHIPS

We have a scholarship fund and anyone who is a student, or not working, or unemployed, or retired, for whom the cost of the registration would be a financial hardship, such individuals are encouraged to apply. Please open a support ticket for more information.

GROUPS

For groups of 3 or more people registering at the same time for the same event, a discount might be available.. The discount depends on how many people and which event. Please submit a request with these details using the submit ticket button on this page. We will notify you by email with the discount amount and coupon code for your group.
