Are membership dues paid on a calendar year basis?

No, memberships are valid for 365 days from the date you sign up. We do not bill on a January 1-December 31 basis, nor do we prorate billing by calendar year. It's much easier for both of us this way!

Are memberships refundable?

Can my spouse (or business partner) and I share a membership for our business?

Our memberships are designed for individuals. Our memberships do convey some business benefits as well. Read about Membership Benefits here. When you sign up, the membership needs to be in the name of one person, in this example: either Mark Thompson or Cindy Thompson.

How much is membership?

Membership at the Silver (regular) level is only US$149 per year (less than US$13 per month). While we do offer a Gold (Ambassador) level as well, it is invitation only. The dues at the Gold Ambassador level are exactly the same (you don't pay any extra). Please check the other help articles if you have any other questions about membership pricing or payment.

What currency do you bill in?

That depends. Most products are billed in US$, while others are billed in € or £. The currency and amount will always be shown whenever possible when adding a product to your shopping cart. Some software settings may not let us specify US in front of $, or may not let us specify a specific currencies. If a price is shown without a currency designated, you can assume it will be in US$.
